The Wattle Valley Range is recognised for its wholesome, fresh and country style cheeses. Made with a variety of fresh ingredients, the cheeses are perfect for entertaining or a delicious snack.

The Wattle Valley Cheese Range includes:

  • Wattle Valley Double Brie – made to traditional methods with a buttery flavour and smooth, creamy texture.
  • Wattle Valley Camembert – combines the classic style white mould characteristics with a delicate mild flavour without the complex mushroom hue found in some equivalents.
  • Wattle Valley Italian Grana Padano – a hard cheese that crumbles and grates easily. The Grana Padano is manufactured in Italy, using the best raw ingredients, and it is then matured for at least 18 months.
  • Wattle Valley Italian Parmigiano Reggiano – a rich, nutty taste and distinctive aroma and is delicious to eat with fruit, crackers and wine or sprinkled on pasta, rice or soup. The Parmigiano Reggiano is manufactured in Italy, using the best raw ingredients, and it is then matured for at least 24 months.
