Agnesi

A symbol of excellence in durum wheat products since 1824

Agnesi's story started in Imperia on the shores of the Mediterranean, where engineer Vincenzo Agnesi established his first factory. A century-old tradition represented in Agnesi's trademark. The sailing ship in the centre of the logo was the first of a fleet that sailed from Liguria to the Sea of Azov to take on Taganrog, which was at the time considered the finest strain of durum wheat.

Today, as in the past. Agnesi continues to select only the best kinds of wheat, and works them skilfully to produce pasta with the typical, pale straw colour. A pasta that keeps its perfumes, that stays elastic and al dente. A pasta created through passion, experience and a disposition for perfection.

The Agnesi Range includes: Bucatini, Ditali Rigati, Ditalini Lisci, Fusilli, Linguine, Mezza Canneroni, Penne, Penne Rigate, Rigatoni and Spaghetti.
